INTRODUCTION

In accordance with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), RTS SA declares that it is the owner of the website, and in accordance with article 10 of said law, RTS SA hereby informs you of the following:

USERS AND SYSTEM OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Navigation, access to and use of the RTS SA website confers you with the status of user and therefore all the conditions of use established herein are accepted when navigating on said website, notwithstanding the application of legally enforceable regulations according to each case.

The website of RTS SA provides a wide range of information and services. The user takes responsibility for the correct use of the website. Said responsibility extends to:
